How your line works
We assign your Canadian number and account. You sign in to the client portal to see usage, manage settings, and — when you want — place and receive calls in the browser with the webphone. For day-to-day use, many customers also install a softphone on Windows, our Android or iOS app, or a compatible desk phone. We help you configure whichever option you pick.

Use a softphone on your computer — ideal for home office or headset-based calling. We provide setup guidance.
Android app
Install our supported Android app so your digital line travels with your phone — same number, mobile data or Wi‑Fi.
iPhone (iOS)
Use our supported iOS app or another compatible app — we help you enter your credentials so calls and SMS follow your package.
Portal & webphone
Log in to your customer portal anytime. A webphone is included so you can call from the browser without installing software — handy for quick calls or shared computers.

Fair use — “unlimited” inbound
Unlimited inbound is meant for typical residential or small-business use. To keep service fair for everyone, we apply guideline limits per billing cycle:
- Home Basic / Home Standard: up to 1,000 inbound minutes (Basic) or 3,000 inbound minutes (Standard) per month, depending on package.
- Business Essential: up to 4,000 inbound minutes per month for small-business use.
Prohibited uses include call-centre traffic, mass telemarketing, automated dialling, unauthorised redistribution of the service, or other abuse. Excess use may incur per-minute charges, a package change, or suspension in extreme cases. Included SMS is not intended for mass campaigns.
